Just This - two simple words that when enacted, can provide us with profound clarity and confidence. Our ability to notice that there is only ever "just this", our present moment experience, can allow us to see that life is complete as it is, and that we need not strive or grasp, to experience the richness that life has to offer.
As a registered psychologist, Nick's therapeutic approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and his extensive experience with meditation and mindfulness. Nick aims to identify his clients' goals and values early on, so that both he and his clients have a clear understanding of what their therapy is in the service of.
The core values that underpin Just This are honesty, kindness, compassion, and presence.

Many men find it difficult talking about issues they may have related to sexual performance. Nick provides a non-judgemental space to talk about sexual function concerns including but not limited to: erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, delayed ejaculation, and low libido.

Nick is in the final stages of becoming a certified mindfulness teacher with the Mindfulness Training Institute of Australia (MTIA). He takes a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to mindfulness/meditation in supporting his clients move towards greater levels of self-awareness, healing and growth.
